According to reports Chelsea are eyeing Brazilian defender Marquinhos as John Stones back up. With Everton not willing to sell and a little under 72 hours remaining in the transfer window Chelsea has to move fast if they are planning to secure a centre back in the curret window.

Chelsea's defending has been poor since the starting of the new campaign and they are in need of a centre half with John Stones being number 1 on their list
But after seeing bids worth over £30 million rejected by Everton might Mourinho’s focus be shifting elsewhere?
