Clinton N'Jie confirms he is a Tottenham player via Instagram

Tottenham's transfer of Clinton N'Jie is getting closer as the striker confirms the deal his self.

Clinton N'Jie has confirmed via his Instagram page he is joining Tottenham Hotspur.

He posted on one of his pictures:

French website Maxifoot report the Cameroon international has agreed personal terms on a deal.

N'Jie is set to sign a five-year deal at 180,000 Euros a month, which converts at £128,000 per month.

The deal will see the forward multiply his earnings six-fold, currently on 30,000 Euros per month at Lyon.

N'Jie was in London earlier on Thursday, reportedly to undergo the first part of his medical and agree terms.

The transfer is so far progressed that there is a chance Spurs could announce it on Friday. N'Jie has even posted his goodbyes to Lyon via his Instagram page.

Tottenham and Lyon are yet to confirm the deal, but it is not expected to be far off.
