Malmo boss, Åge Hareide has said that the atmosphere inside their stadium and how little Real Madrid know about his team play in the Swedish side's favour for Wednesday's Champions League clash.
"They know nothing about us. They already have three points and they're only human. Real Madrid are tough to play against at the Bernabéu, but fans are quite far from the pitch there. They're very close at Malmo, and that's going to surprise them", he said.
Hareide, who said he watched videos of Real Madrid's league games against Athletic Bilbao and Malaga, highlighted that Rafa Benítez's team have "weaknesses" just like any other side, and warned that right-back Anton Tinnerholm will be charged with marking Cristiano Ronaldo. "He's perfect for the job. He isn't scared of anyone. I promise you that he's going to be all over him", he said.
He pointed out that Karim Benzema as one the biggest threats. "He's one of the top five strikers in the world, a player who maybe doesn't get the recognition he deserves. It's going to take a team effort to stop him", he concluded.
