Rafa Benitez: "I have total confidence in Kiko Casilla"

Real Madrid coach Rafa Benitez has made it clear about how he feels about Kiko Casilla. With Keylor Navas out injured the Spaniard will have to step up and the Los Blancos boss made it clear in a interview broadcast on Spanish radio.

"I have total confidence in Kiko Casilla and when he has to play I'll use him. If he has to play against Las Palmas, then so be it and that's that. If he has to play against PSG and Sevilla, then play he will".

"It's true Keylor Navas is playing well, but if he has a muscle strain and we have to keep him under wraps then that's not a problem. Maybe Casilla will play against Palmas", the Real Madrid coach revealed.
Navas's injury won't sideline him for very long and if all goes well he could be back in time for the Champions League game against Paris Saint-Germain.

The Costa Rica international's  absence will be more of a precautionary measure to avoid any further problems, the player complaining of a muscle strain ever since the match against Celta Vigo.

Benítez has stated he has no doubts about fielding Casilla and will prove in on the match day by putting the player in his starting XI.
