Real Madrid News: France's Deschamps blamed for Karim Benzema's injury

Benzema's injury is going to have repercussions.

Real Madrid head coach Rafa Benítez has been rotating his star number 9 Karim Benzema in order to prevent injury similar to the one he got in the summer according to MARCA.

The Real Madrid boss's decision to take him off during the derby game against Atlético Madrid was mainly to avoid risking burnout or injury. With that in mind, the Bernabéu club believes that France, and in particular, their national coach, failed to follow its lead in looking after the striker's health.

Deschamps gave his opinion on Benzema being continuously substituted and said that he had no intention of taking player off. He ignored the signs of fatigue displayed by the Frenchman during the match, he was on track to play the full 90 minutes when his left leg gave out on him. Real Madrid are now outraged and blame Deschamps for the striker's injury.

Karim Benzema did not train on Tuesday however the French Football Federation described it as "a minor problem of little concern".
Also the Player trained light with the team in the final session ahead of yesterday's game.
