Chelsea to hijack Manchester United's move for Pedro


Chelsea are ready to challenge Manchester United for the Spanish forward's signature. Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is a fan of the Barcelona man.

It is said that the Red Devil's are just hours away of completing the signing of the Spanish international. Chelsea and Manchester City are also interested in the player however Manchester City would only turn to signing Pedro if they are not successful with their attempt on trying to sign Belgium international Kevin De Bruyne.

United are confident they will sign the Spain international after executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward flew to Barcelona for further negotiation to take place on Monday. the Manchester United vice-chairman is still confident a deal will be done once the structure of payments is agreed.
