Manchester United make astonishing £60million bid for Bayern Munich forward Thomas Muller

According to reports from the German based newspaper Manchester United has made an astonishing bid of £60 million for Thomas Muller.

The Red Devil's are interested in signing a striker  and it's no secret that they Bayern Munich man Thomas Muller is on Louis Van Gaal's shortlist.

Reports from Germany suggested that Manchester United had two bids rejected prior to the bid of £60 million for the 25-year-old.

With Chelsea looking to beat Manchester United to Barcelona star Pedro, if Chelsea manage to capture Pedro's signature Manchester United will go all out to sign Thomas Muller.

Since coming up out of the Bayern Munich II team the player has scored 123 goals in 306 appearance for the club. Thomas Muller is a key player and it is highly unlikely that the German giants would let him leave unless it is for the right price.
