Barcelona superstar Neymar Da Silva will be offered a new and improved contract with the club.
The Barcelona star has been linked with a move to Manchester United recently, However the Barcelona president Josep Bartomeu suggested that he would love to keep the player at Barcelona for the rest of his football career.
The Barcelona president was interviewed on Club MItjanit, a Radio Catalunya show where he confirmed how determined the club his to keep the Brazilian forward.
“We do not want Neymar to leave. He is young and we want him to retire here at our club.We will discuss Neymar's renewal in some months' time as he must stay here—not only for the next three seasons, but for the next five or 10.”
Neymar agent had this to say about speculations :
"Neymar won’t move. He has three more years on his contract and the team has never thought about selling him. He is completely happy at Barcelona, the English press are very speculative," he said.
In 92 apperances for the club, Neymar has scored 54 goals and forms part of a deadly front three referred to as MSN (Messi, Suarez and Neymar).
