According to reports from Marca the Spanish based newspaper Spanish goldkeeper David De Gea is to sign a massive five-year deal with his current club Manchester United worth 45 million euros the deal is only hours away of being completed.
This will now end speculations that the goalkeeper his heading back to Spain in January. The 24 year old was expected to join Real Madrid in the summer transfer window, however the deal broke down with the deal failing to meet the transfer deadline.
It now appears that the Spain international is ready to make a surprise u-turn and sign a long-term deal with the Red Devils.
Marca have given an update on the development, claiming that De Gea will sign a five-year contract worth €9 million a year.
